Developed and designed a young adult training and development program. Responsible for the development and coordination of all programs at the Computer Learning Center (CLC) and implementation of a government-funded plan for a large inner-city low-income apartment community. Responsible for training of volunteers, selection, and implementation of training and software applications to provide resident students with skills needed to enter the workplace with skills to improve their employability. Provided tier I, II, and Ill technical support to staff, as well as installation of hardware and software. Build collaborations of community service agencies' participation in the program.
