Developed and designed a young adult training and development program. Responsible for the development and coordination of all programs at the Computer Learning Center (CLC) and implementation of a government-funded plan for a large inner-city low-income apartment community. Responsible for training of volunteers, selection, and implementation of training and software applications to provide resident students with skills needed to enter the workplace with skills to improve their employability. Provided tier I, II, and Ill technical support to staff, as well as installation of hardware and software. Build collaborations of community service agencies' participation in the program. Developed funding resources, and assessment of participants for program inclusion and job placement.  Solicited employers for job placement of students.  Provided guidance and counseling for students regarding workplace social skills.  Counseled students with personal barriers to being employable.  I edited and published the monthly community center newsletter, as well as created communications including letters, emails, weekly E-news blasts, and telephone correspondence to partner organizations.  Worked with local media to introduce the public to the Learning Center's programs.
